How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Establishedmajority Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Establishedmajority Mold Help
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, test results, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please keep in mind that Establishedmajority Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@establishedmajority.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help as well.
